Welcome to the most stress free way to travel! Remember those panoramic windows? Don’t worry, you won’t be breathing down your neighbours’ neck to catch a glimpse: we rotate seats daily so no one gets stuck in the equivalent of the middle seat on an airplane. When not glued to the passing spectacular scenery, recline and relax, or play on the free Wi-fi.
There is a bathroom onboard, and we stop en route (if a smoker, this is your chance!), so when we arrive you don’t waster a precious moment and can start exploring the next remarkable space.
"GD" means Guaranteed Departures! With this little sign, you know that your tour is guaranteed to operate. If there is no GD indicator, it doesn’t mean it’s got commitment issues. Many factors determine if a tour is GD - it will still be planned to operate but may be subject to rescheduling. Our team, or your Travel Agent, can explain the ins-and-outs and the best option for you.
Things happen, even the day before a departure. So, what is the Safety Net? Part of making sure your trip is hassle-free, even before take-off, is offering a SafetyNet Protection policy*. For $75 (Australia and New Zealand), or US$69 (Asia and South Africa) you can amend your tour up to 24 hours before the tour departure.
The Safety Net Protection Policy comes in two parts. The SafetyNet Transfer Protection* means you can alter your tour to any other departing in the same calendar year (once only) with 24 hours’ notice.
Need to cancel in full? Sure can, with no penalties up to 30 days prior to your tour departure, you can use the SafetyNet Cancellation Protection*.
*Conditions of the SafetyNet Protection policy apply and do not include airfares, or third party fees and charges. One or the other can be used once only.
