Now that you've booked your Globus tour, let the excitement and anticipation begin! You can use MyAccount and MyGlobus to ensure you receive all of our valuable email information and news for your upcoming holiday. From organising optional excursions to viewing your hotels and itinerary, your adventure starts here.
 

    How to Register


    Once you have booked your tour, you can register on the Globus Family website. Which one you use depends on your booking number.

    If your Number begins with 1, 2 or 3 use MyAccount
    If your Number begins with 4+ use MyGlobus

    Forgot your password?


    You can reset your password on the Globus Family site.

    Click the Forgot Password link and follow the instructions to choose a new password.

    Travel Documents


    The following requirements must be met to unlock your travel documentation:

    • Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
    • All traveller information submitted (passport, emergency contact details, etc)
    • Full payment of booking has been received

    In some cases, such as travel to parts of Africa, you may also need to submit a waiver acknowledging associated health and safety risks.

    Optional Excursions


    You can preview and pre-book additional excursions up to 90 days before the start of your holiday. These excursions will also be accessible during your holiday but can't be booked online within 4 days of their scheduled date.

    To acquire excursions for your Globus tour, login to your MyAccount or MyGlobus and find the Optional Excursions section. We recommend you book early to avoid excursions selling out.
